At Repellus, we offer FREE shipping on orders of 3 Repellus units or more.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Estimated delivery times by region:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days

🌍 International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or international shipments, delivery times and tracking updates may be delayed due to factors outside of our control, including customs clearance.

 

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at info@repellus.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.

 

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or customs processing.

If an unexpected issue affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist where we can. While Repellus cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we are always happy to help track your shipment and provide updates.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Repellus is no longer in direct control of the package.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at info@repellus.com. We will assist you and help communicate with the courier when possible.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional details. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.

Repellus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside of our standard refund policy.

Repellus reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most recent version of this policy before purchasing.
