Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind Repellus and encourage you to use the product for at least 14 days to allow sufficient time for results.
If you are not satisfied for any reason after this initial period, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken.
Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@repellus.com and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, Repellus is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Repellus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
